Just in time for the new millennium, Welch Allyn
raises the bar again with the state-of-the-art
lithium ion rechargeable power handle. This new
handle features 'Smart' lithium ion battery
technology, which delivers twice the power-on
time, but with only half the weight of a conventional Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cad) handle. The Smart
handle is also free from the memory effect that can occur with Ni-Cad batteries, which shortens
power-on time.
Rechargeable Lithium Ion battery handle provides power-on time of 110 minutes - twice as long as conventional Ni-Cad battery handles.
Weighs half as much as a Ni-Cad handle, delivering ergonomic comfort for any sized hand.
Low-battery indicator light provides ample warning that battery will need to be recharged soon.
Rugged Cycoloy® thermoplastic resin construction provides durability and lightweight balance.
